This class is for Seniors who used to take classes before pandemic. Some of them did not move that much and that made them little weaker and have little balance problems. You can regain strength your heart, lungs, and whole body muscles by taking this class. Also, we will workout so that we have better balance and flexiblity. First 15 min of cardio exercise with music is fun part of this class. We also talk about how to prevent falls.
